My name is James Helmuth. My wife, Rhonda, and I are interested in beginning a business relationship with you and your customers, enabling us to continue servicing the customers we have come to know over the past ten years. We come from a very specialized background, hauling high-value, white-glove, custom-critical, time-sensitive freight. We have a special-order, custom 48’ 2010 Doonan air-ride step deck with 11 boxes holding custom-fitted, aircraft engine tarps, chains and straps. We also have a custom 48’ Great Dane air-ride, temperature-controlled trailer with wood floors, logistic E-Tracs, and temperature-tracking probes, complete with bars, straps, and pads. We offer (MVS) Motor Vehicle Surveillance Service to report the vehicle's location at any given time for additional security. We also offer (CSS) Constant Surveillance Service, which puts one driver awake in the vehicle or within 25 feet of the vehicle with an unobstructed view at all times. If that level of security is not needed, we offer (DDPS) Dual Driver Protective Service, which is similar to CSS but allows the drivers to go into the sleeper instead of remaining in the driver’s seat. We offer other services, if provided advance notice, such as load-tracking and escort vehicle surveillance and security.
As previously mentioned, we carry custom-fitted aircraft engine tarps as well as some flat tarps for crates of all sizes, in addition to chains, straps and ramps for all aircraft engines and/or aircraft parts. In our logistic trailer, we carry 175 pads, pallet jack, and 20 logistic bars for all kinds of freight requiring special care and handling, such as Art & Museum loads, trade-show exhibits, and entertainment/special events, electronics, and pharmaceuticals. These types of specialty loads require knowledge and experience which we are capable of providing. We offer Temp-Validation, via a validated, hard-wired Ameriscan unit with probes located inside the trailer, on temperature-controlled FDA loads and other government loads requiring a hard-copy printout. We have specialized over the past 10 years in hauling freight for many well-known pharmaceutical companies, art museums, and government entities such as NASA and the various branches of the U.S. military. In addition, we also carry TWIC cards and are TSA qualified. We will always give your customers (and therefore, OUR customers) the special attention to detail needed for a great experience with us, leaving them with the desire to request return service from us.
